‍For representatives of ISPs from the frontline territories of Ukraine and for all speakers, participation is free.
Free participation in the conference is granted to one representative from a company located in the front-line territory, or to a representative of the company that remained in the temporarily occupied territoryof Ukraine, but the representative of the company is in the territory controlled by Ukraine. To receive free participation, when registering as a participant, select the status – Participant from the front-line/occupied territory.
*The organizing committee reserves the right to refuse free participation under objective circumstances.
10% of each payment for participation goes to the fund to help Internet providers from the frontline territory of Ukraine. Collected funds will be distributed among 5 companies that will be announced during the conference.

Program Сommittee

One of the most important principles of NOGUA is the maximum inclusiveness of community representatives to discuss important issues and form our meetings with an interesting program and topical topics.
We invite community members to participate in the Program Committee of the first NOGUA 2024 conference

You can apply for participation both on your own behalf and by submitting a proposal on behalf of a Candidate by filling out the form.

Each submitted proposal is counted as one vote for the Candidate.

The Program Committee will include 9 Candidates who will receive the largest number of votes.

The Candidate with the maximum number of votes will head the Program Committee.

Submission of proposals opens on April 23, 2024 and will last until April 30, 2024 inclusive.

Intermediate results will be displayed on the NOGUA website in the "Program Committee" section. The final result will be announced on 1 May 2024.

The Program Committee is elected once every 2 years.

About NOGUA

NOG Meetings are the heartbeat of a local community! When on February 24, 2022, the armed forces of Russia carried out a full-scale invasion of Ukraine destroyed communication infrastructures that are elementary for communication and were at that time. Since the invasion, we have seen network operators from whole world working together and pursuing a common goal: "Keep Ukraine connected!" Now is the time to get everyone involved around the table and talk about what happened, show projects to present realized restorations! The aim is to share experiences, to unite local technical specialists, to integrate the Ukrainian community into the international one in order to become even stronger together. It`s time to found NOGUA - Network Operators Group of Ukraine! We want to bring together Ukrainian and international community and realize the first NOGUA in Lviv from June 3, 2024 to June 6, 2024. We are very much looking forward to seeing you there!
